Mother Nature gets her first win of the season with extremely wet conditions and more rain in the forecast forcing management to make the much-dreaded decision to cancel the night festivities to be Sponsored by Wells River Savings Bank.

With the gates not being opened, it is considered a complete cancellation with no make up events scheduled for the Mods, Coupes, Late Models, Dirt Stocks and Ridge Runners. The Joe Mama’s Sporting Goods 4/6 Cylinder Enduro series will add July 6th to their schedule to help keep them at the 6 events for the season. Wells River Savings Bank will be sponsoring the festivities on July 20th.

Coming up this Saturday June 29th sponsored by Pellerin Automotive, Autobody & Auto Parts is our 4th of July Extravaganza, praised as one of the best fireworks shows in the Connecticut Valley brought to you in part by NOISE R Us Fireworks in Newport NH. On hand for the 99Rock weekly racing divisions will be the Sabil and Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes, Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets, LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks, and Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners. Plus, the Pellerin Pro Fours and the Sprint Cars of New England (SCoNE). The High-Country Dispensaries Late Models, are OFF, returning to action on July 13th. Remember in today’s society we could all use a little more family entertainment, and the Ridge is your best place to be for just that. The admission price is more than reasonable; the show top-notch, the food superior, and the family friendly atmosphere is just what you are looking for!

Coming Thursday July 11th at 7:00pm is the first annual Pond Hill Ranch Rodeo sponsored by Wells River Chevrolet. Featuring: BULL RIDING, CALF-ROPING, BARREL RACES and more.

The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket for adults (ages 17 to 61) is $12.00 a person. Seniors 62 and older $10.00. Teens 12 to 16 WITH a paying adult $10.00, and children 11 and under WITH a paying Adult $2.00. Military Discounts are available at $2.00 off for those with a valid ID. The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2024 license holders is $30.00. Non-license holders are $35.00 (both prices include the front gate ticket.)
