Just three more weeks till opening day at Bear Ridge Speedway, May 4th the 51st consecutive season opening day is just around the corner, and everyone is anxious to see the dirt fly, and get their first order of gravy fries! We have finally been able to get into the track, and with the warmer weather and rain over the last few days, it is hoped that we will see most of the frost out of the ground.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for all the opportunities to see some cars and stars before the big opening night. Newport Chevrolet in Newport NH from 10:00 to 1:00 on Saturday April 20th. Fireside Inn in W Lebanon from 10:00 to 1:00 April 27th. Bradford Fair Grounds Saturday May 4th.
The 99ROCK wfrd weekly racing season will kick into gear for the 52nd consecutive year Saturday May 4th sponsored by FMS NAPA of Bradford, the proud sponsor of Bear Ridge Speedway’s opening night for over two decades. Racing will kick into gear at 5:30pm(ish), based on track conditions.
2019 driver and crew membership applications are now available on the website. You still have time to get yours sent in early to beat the lines on opening day.
The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket for adults (ages 17 to 61) is $10.00 a person and children 11 and under $2.00. Teens 12 to 16 and seniors 62 and older is $8.00. Military Discounts are available at $2.00 off for those with a valid ID. The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2019 license holders is $25.00. Non-license holders are $30.00 (both prices are in addition to the front gate ticket.)
Don’t forget you will be able to hear all the highlights from the week before with April May and Butch and what is coming up every Friday morning from 6:30 to 7:00 on WYKR .
Bear Ridge Speedway is as an alcohol-free family friendly entertainment spot, with our goal to make each experience at the Ridge better than the last. We continue to offer the best source of good inexpensive high quality entertainment for families.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Racing begins at the famous “6:00-ish” start time starting Saturday May 4th.
