BRS is Gearing Up for an Action Packed 2015 Season
BRADFORD, VT – With the 2015 Racing Season rapidly approaching Bear Ridge Speedway is making its’ presence known throughout the region, appearing at numerous shows in preparation for the season opening event on Saturday May 2nd.
Come visit the Bear Ridge Speedway booth at the following shows. This weekend, March 20th -22nd, the track will be at the HomeLife Expo, held at the Leverone Field House in Hanover, NH. The following weekend, March 28th-29th, the Speedway will in attendance at the Annual car show held at The Diamond Run Mall in Rutland, VT. Stop by the booth at either of these shows to pickup a 2015 schedule and sign up to potentially win a grandstand ticket.
On April 25th Bear Ridge Speedway will have the first of two shows dedicated to Bear Ridge Speedway. The location will be the parking lot of The Home Depot in West Lebanon, NH. The following Saturday, May 2nd is opening day and the morning will kick-off with the annual car show at Jiffy Mart of Bradford, followed by practice at the tack. The day culminates with racing brought to you by NAPA of Bradford, F.M.S. Autoparts LLC with the famous “6:00-ish” starting time.
Bear Ridge Speedway continues to make capital improvements to the physical plant. Among the improvements this season is an enlarged and improved parking area for fans along with a fan friendly secondary victory lane where the fans will be able to have up close interaction with the Feature Winner.
Weekly Divisions for 2015 are Sportsman Modifieds, Sportsman Coupes, Limited Late Models and 4 Cylinders with the USAC Dirt Midgets appearing every other week. Also making multiple appearances will be the Sprint Cars of New England and the Granite State Mini Sprints. There have been numerous new cars built in all divisions along with many others that have changed hand with the early pre season numbers looking rather robust.
The Bond Auto Sportsman Modifieds look to have at least a three way battle for rookie of the year as Stephen Flint, James Ferland and former Fast Four winner Steve Bell have all registered to do battle for 2015.
Once again Bear Ridge Speedway is holding the line on grandstand admission with a regular show still a deal at only $10 for adults (age 18-61), $8 for teens (12-17) and seniors (62+), and $2 for children; Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
