For Immediate Release BRS-0409-1
Bear Ridge Speedway “the fastest dirt track in Vermont” is pleased to announce two new division sponsors for the 2023 racing season. With the loss of the Late Model and Ridge Runner sponsorships, several businesses waiting in the wings reached out to see if they could be a part of the racing entertainment at Bear Ridge Speedway as we celebrate the 56th consecutive season, knowing that C.V. “Butch” Elms with wife April May Preston-Elms continue to host the best short track dirt racing in Vermont, making this one of the few tracks in the United States that has for 56 years always been owned or operated by the same family, businesses are eager to be a part of the family.
Joining the 2023 sponsor line up for the “99ROCK wfrd” weekly racing series for the Late Models the High Country Dispensary will be joining the steller lineup. They are located on Route 5 in Derby VT, and are open seven days a week. For the Ridge Runners it will be the Woodsville Power Equipment group located on Dartmouth College Highway in Woodsville NH. This family owned and operated business is your one-stop shop for outdoor power equipment from leading brands such as Toro Husqvarna, DR Power, Generac, Labonville and more. Woodsville Power Equipment is open six days a week, closed Sundays.
The Sabil & Sons will once again be billed as the premier sponsor with their name waving on the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds. Sabil & Sons has had a long relationship with the Ridge and is still proud to be the sponsor of the Old Timers race night and the beautiful lap counter.

These two divisions will once again be sanctioned by DIRTcar and are setting up to offer some great racing action for the fans.
