Bradford, Vt.  January 11, 2016 Bear Ridge Speedway is proud to announce the return for the eighth year in a row, “99ROCK wfrd” as the Weekly Racing Sponsor for the 2016 season.

Legendary morning host Chris Garrett of the “Rock N Go Morning Show along with the other talents of the ROCK are anxious to see the 2016 season kick into gear, which is less than 117 days away. The season will begin with the annual car show at the Jiffy Mart ~ Bradford Mini Mart followed by the 49th consecutive opening night of racing sponsored by FMS Auto Parts NAPA of Bradford. In between the car show and the first green flag of the season practice will be held for all drivers in attendance at the car show.

Before racing actions begins you will be able to see some of the cars and stars at different car shows and events, dates, times and locations to follow.

The 2016 Bear Ridge Speedway 99ROCK wfrd weekly racing series will consist of the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds and Coupes; USAC DMA Midgets;  Limited Late Models, and Four Cylinders.

The price of a general admission ticket will remain the same for all regular shows as it has for the past decade for adults (ages 17 to 61) at $10.00 a person and children 11 and under $2.00. Seniors 62 and older and teens 12 to 16 at $8.00. Season passes are available for general admission. The cost for adults is $180.00, seniors and teens $150.00. Bear Ridge Speedway continues to offer the best source of good inexpensive high quality entertainment for families.

The pit gate ticket will remain the same for 2016 BRS and DIRTcar license holders at the rate of $15.00 and $25.00 for non-license holders.  These prices are in addition to the front gate ticket, which must be presented to the pit gate attendant for proof of purchase.

2016 membership and car owner applications are now available on line or by calling 603/222-4052. Get your application in before March 1st to save your number and $25.00 per BRS application. After March 1st all numbers will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Bear Ridge Speedway is located off exit 16 of I91 on to rte 25 west 1 mile to South Road up the hill to Kidder Rd.
